Dear Jennifer,
Thank you for your response. First, I think it is possible to bring people from the various sectors, Education, Health, Urban planning, Environment, etc. Second, I think it will be no problem for you getting into Gaza and Rafah, but this depends on the security situation at the time.
Best regards,

I've forwarded your message about a delegation to our steering committee for discussion. We definitely want to bring a delegation from Rafah here, and would obviously include you, Ali and Said Zoroub. We are also very interested in person-to-person contact in areas such as health, education, media, government, urban planning, environmental issues, women's issues, children's welfare, and so on. Do you think a delegation representing these many areas is possible? Either way, we will be working on this topic soon and hope also to discuss it directly with all of you when we come to Rafah this winter. (I am worried about getting in. Do you expect it will be very difficult for us?)

Dear Jennifer,
Yes, the three persons who are planning to come to Madison do not need any visas, as we have visas to the USA ready. I think the delegation will composed of the following persons:
Eng. Said Zoroub, Mayor of Rafah
Dr. Emad Sha'at, Deputy Mayor of Rafah
Dr. Ali Barhoum, Director General of the MunicipalityNext Fall would be very far, we hope it will be earlier.
